PTASC340 manual combination poly strapping tool.  For use with either PP, PET, or nylon strapping.  The special seal clicks into place and the tool is ready to go.

Allstrap opinion:  This is a nice little tool.  This tool is more economical but offers the same benefits as others in its class.
