The Fromm P357 is an air powered combination tool for 1/2-5/8" Poly Strapping.  It has adjustable tension up to 562 pounds and runs .016"-.025" or .026"-.041" PP or PET banding.  The suspension bracket is included.

Allstrap Opinion:

Ten years ago, this would be a good tool, but there is no reason to use pneumatic power instead of battery power today.  The P328 or P328S should be considered instead of the pneumatic Fromm P357.
